The Alexander Beard Group of Companies, established in 1987, are an international financial services organisation headquartered on the outskirts of Ellesmere Port, Cheshire with additional offices in Yorkshire and London. The Alexander Beard Group are separate operating Companies all carrying their own regulatory permissions namely: Financial Planning and Investment Management, Expatriate Services, International Employee Benefits and International Education.

The role of Group Schemes / Employee Benefits Administrator sits within our International Employee Benefits division. The role will involve assisting with group schemes renewals; liaising with product providers; inputting and maintaining new business and handling queries, requests and policies of scheme members. This is a permanent full time post working 35 hours a week, 9am-5pm.

The ideal candidate will therefore have excellent organisation and communication skills to deal with scheme member queries and documentation. Attention to detail and accuracy is also essential to process claims, run reports on flexible benefits, upload monthly premiums and follow cases through to the end. Experience of auto enrolment is desirable and experience of working within a FCA environment, or equivalent would be essential.
