The Alexander Beard Group of Companies, established in 1987, are an international financial services organisation headquartered on the outskirts of Ellesmere Port, Cheshire with additional offices in Leeds and London. The Alexander Beard Group are separate operating Companies all carrying their own regulatory permissions namely: Financial Planning and Investment Management, Expat and Emigration, International Employee Benefits and International Schools and Aid Agencies. The Company currently employs 46 staff with the plan to continue in their expansion.

The role of Administration Supervisor sits within our UK Wealth Division and is responsible for 7 Administrators across our 3 UK sites. The Supervisor will deal with or delegate new business applications, policy documentation, non-online fund switches and produce client reviews/valuations where necessary. A good understanding and working knowledge of compliance and regulations would be essential. This is a permanent full time post working 35 hours a week, 9am-5pm.

The ideal candidate will therefore have excellent organisation skills to ensure emails, post and activity entries are prioritised and managed without delay as well as ensuring annual statements are issued to clients in a timely manner. Liaising with product providers, clients and advisors plays a large part of this role, therefore outstanding communication skills are required as well as accuracy and attention to detail when inputting new business and ensuring new and existing records are kept up to date and that filing is kept in accordance with our paperless procedures. Experience as a supervisor is essential as involvement with recruitment; training and conducting appraisals will be required. Experience of working within a FCA environment, or equivalent would be essential.
