International Employee Benefits Division

This division provides Advice on Benefits for International Employees including employee benefits packages and flexible benefits.

Launched in November 2006 this is now the fastest growing division within the company and provides a wide range of International Employee Benefits consultancy, delivery and implementation services to international companies with employees in the UK and European Union.

This Division was launched following a number of requests from clients' employed in U.S. based corporations, it became clear to us that there was a gap in the market for providing a high level service proposition surrounding advice and delivery of employee benefit packages to foreign based companies who had groups of employees in the UK and Europe. From these thoughts grew our International Employee Benefits Division which was launched in the November of that year.

Unlike some of our larger competitors, our unique proposition is to offer and maintain a high level of individual service not only to our corporate clients but also to their individual staff members. An integral part of our employee benefits packages is to offer every member of staff a face to face meeting with one of our Financial Planning Consultants to discuss their individual financial planning needs.

Our employee benefits programmes are provided on a fully flexible menu of charges where the client can decide whether to pay the fees of our remuneration covered by commission or a combination of both.
