- You have experience working from a shared inbox in a fast-paced environment
- You work in a financial service setting either dealing with employee benefits such as private healthcare, life protection, group pensions etc and/or supporting financial advisers within an IFA.
- You’re happy communicating to clients in a clear effective professional way via email and telephone.
- You have an exceptional eye for detail and high standards of accuracy
- You have an ability to think on your feet and problem solve

We’re looking for a self-motivated focused driven strong administrator. Our team dynamic is fast paced and multi-disciplinary – no one day is the same!
Day to day you may deal with different types of queries for different types of benefits and the role will be best suited to an individual who thrives on diversity and variety.
One day you will be maintaining client records, processing new business, renewal data and policy renewals and another day you’ll be checking quotes, annual renewal accounts and preparing reports for senior stakeholders.
You’ll be part of a team of 10 employee benefits professionals and will be ready to provide high standards of work with an ability to manage a varying workload throughout the day.
