Are you aware of your accrued benefits in the scheme?

In these times of Brexit confusion, it is arguably even more important to have an up to date
statement of benefits.

A Pension Forecast Form will highlight;

  • What you’ve paid, up to the start of the current tax year (6 April 2019).
  • Any National Insurance credits you have made or received.
  • If you can pay voluntary contributions to fill any gaps and how much this will cost.
  • Class 2 voluntary contributions cost only £ 12 monthly.
Don’t forget;
  • You need only 35 years of contributions to qualify for a UK full state pension.
  • But you need a minimum of 10 years contribution history to receive any benefits.
  • The full state pension (2018-2019) is £ 164.35 weekly.
  • You do not have to live in the UK to receive this pension.
