About Rüdiger
Since 1982, Rüdiger has specialised in national and international employee benefits. During his career, he has worked in Europe, South Africa, Brazil and Mexico for companies such as Allianz, All Net and most recently AEGON N.V.
In Germany, he specialises in managing the implementation of new employee benefits plans and the restructuring of existing plans.
A fun fact about Rüdiger
Living by the Mediterranean Sea, Rüdiger loves to freshen up by swimming early in the morning when the sea temperature is 12 °C.
