The Alexander Beard International Retirement Plan was created in 2005 to support organisations (such as NGOs) to cost-effectively provide an investment plan specifically constructed to help globally mobile workers and, in many cases, local national employees, to accumulate a retirement fund through payroll deduction.
How does it work? Well, we provide the back office administration, employee communications and investment management, with a 24/7 online account visibility for each member, so you don’t have to take on additional resources. You can place your trust in us as we manage scheme members worldwide and we understand the nature of working internationally with a global workforce of different cultures and priorities.

Working with you
How we do it
Each employee has an individual retirement account, funded by employer contributions, with the option to add their own through salary deductions. All contributions will be invested in the plan until the employee reaches the scheme retirement age. Your employees will start in a default portfolio, but can switch anytime, and we will provide them with a brochure outlining the options and the respective charges
Operating on a personal level is incredibly important to us, and we visit each of our employers annually to ensure things are working on the ground.
