About Mark

Mark began his career more than 25 years ago, initially working for international investment banks in multiple jurisdictions. He progressed into the wealth management arena as a private banker, providing advice to high-net-worth clients.

Mark is a registered investment adviser in the United States, and a UK registered financial adviser. This enables him to better assist clients with assets in either jurisdiction and provide them with a holistic cross border service. Mark is also a pension transfer specialist and Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. He is also the Head of the Group Investment Committee and Vice President of the US Division.

Qualifications:

• Investment Adviser Law Exam (Series 65)
  This US license qualifies holders to provide investment and financial advice as a IAR (Investment Adviser Representative) in the USA.
• Pension Transfers & Planning (Chartered Institute for Securities Investment – CISI)
  The new Level 6 Certificate in Pension Transfers & Planning Advice to provide pension specialist advice.
• Diploma in Financial Planning (Chartered Insurance Institute – CII)
  This diploma meets the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) qualification requirements for financial advisers.
• Investment Advice Diploma (Chartered Institute for Securities Investment – CISI)
  This qualification is for professionals providing financial and/or investment advice to clients.
• Investment Management Certificate (Chartered Financial Analyst Society – CFA)
  An FCA-appropriate qualification for ‘managing investments’ and is widely recognised as the benchmark qualification for investment professionals in the UK.
