Senga Jones

After completing her degree in Business and Legal studies at the age of 21, Senga began her financial services career with a county-wide finance company, moving on to a large pension firm in Cardiff, managing a team specialising in SASS and SIPP pension schemes; at the same time completing her financial services certificate.

She relocated to the Wirral peninsula in 2007 and started working -for a firm of financial advisers in Chester, whilst continuing her financial services, mortgage and long-term care qualifications. She remained working as a lead paraplanner, attending client meetings and help make client recommendations for the next 7 years.

During this time, Senga was sat on the Chartered of Insurance Institute (CII) Council for two years helping organise the local chapter in Chester.

Following the birth of her two children, and after Senga made the jump to Alexander Beard Group in 2013 as a compliance officer, where she also her ICA compliance certificate.

In 2023 Senga moved into the newly created role of business support manager role in ABG’s International Employee Benefits division, putting into use her skills and passion attained throughout the years.
