About Senga

Senga began her financial services career with a county-wide finance company before managing a SASS and SIPP team at a Cardiff pension firm. After relocating to the Wirral in 2007, she joined a Chester firm, advancing her qualifications in financial services, mortgages, and long-term care. As a lead paraplanner, she attended client meetings, made recommendations, and served on the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Council.

In 2013, Senga joined Alexander Beard as a compliance officer, earning her ICA Compliance Certificate. In 2023, she moved into the role of business support manager for our International Employee Benefits division, leveraging her extensive experience and passion for the industry.
